Clinic visits are by appointment only—no walk-ins.

Call us at (864) 542-2273 on Tuesday or Thurday between 1:00 P.M. and 2:00 P.M. to schedule an appointment. 

If you call and leave a message for a staff member, please do not call back and leave a message for a different staff member with the same request.  Allow at least 48 hours for a staff member to respond to your call.  In event of an emergency, please call 911.

Directions

We are in downtown Spartanburg near Barnet Park. We are located behind First Baptist Church and across the street from St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, in the middle of the block between St. John and Main Street in a historic Spartanburg building.  Our street address is 162 N. Dean Street.
