Our Care
The Soul of community is ministered in the churches, but the heart of compassion in a community is seen in its free clinic.
George Bass, MD
As medical costs continue to soar, many people are left without access even to basic health care. Those individuals who have exhausted all other options, and have nowhere else to turn come to St. Luke’s. Here, medical needs are met for those who are not eligible for Medicare or Medicaid, can’t afford private insurance and are not provided with health care insurance on the job. These persons may be out of work because of illness, or other reasons, and income for the family is significantly limited.
