- …you receive or are eligible for Medicare, Medicaid or private health insurance.
- …you are seeking a routine physical/ check-up visit.
- …you are seeking care related to pregnancy, HIV/AIDS, STD's, hepatitis C, or disability exams.
Applying at St. Luke’s
If you would like to apply to become a patient at St. Luke's, please call 542-2273. We currently have a waiting list of approximately six months to apply at the clinic.
What you need to apply…
- Photo ID with your current Spartanburg County address on it.
- Social Security Card.
- Written proof of income for you and everyone in your household for the last four weeks.
- Written proof of property ownership in Spartanburg County (if the house you live in is in your name).
Clinic Hours for Approved Patients
- Tuesday and Thursday (by appointment only) from 5:15 PM
- Other appointment times may be scheduled by St. Luke's staff
- If you need to make an appointment to see a doctor, call 542-2273 on Tuesday or Thursday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM
- Note: If you leave a message for a staff member, please allow 48 hours for a response. Multiple phone calls and messages are not necessary.
- Pharmacy hours are currently on Tuesday or Thursday evening from 5:15 PM.
