- …you are seeking a routine physical/ check-up visit.
- …you are seeking care related to pregnancy, HIV/AIDS, STD's, hepatitis C, or disability exams.
Applying at St. Luke’s
If you would like to apply to become a patient at St. Luke's, please call 542-2273 ext. 15.
What you need to apply…
- Photo ID with your current Spartanburg County address on it.
- Social Security Card.
- Written proof of income for you and everyone in your household for the last four weeks.
- Written proof of property ownership in Spartanburg County (if the house you live in is in your name).
How to apply…
- Apply in person at 162 North Dean St. at your scheduled time.
- Your application will be reviewed and you will receive notification of your status by phone call or mail within approximately 10 business days.
- Once approved, you can see a doctor when your previous medical records are received and an appointment slot is available.

Clinic Hours for Approved Patients
- Tuesday and Thursday (by appointment only) from 5:15 PM
- If you need to make an appointment to see a doctor, call 542-2273 on Tuesday or Thursday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM
- Note: If you leave a message for a staff member, please allow 48 hours for a response. Multiple phone calls and messages are not necessary.
Pharmacy Hours
- You must call in your refills to the pharmacy 48 hours in advance.
- Pharmacy hours are 9AM-12PM Monday-Friday.
- You may come pick up your medicine any time during pharmacy hours, but it is your responsibility to call in the refill 48 hours prior to picking up your medicine. NO EXCEPTIONS.

- Tuesday and Thursday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
